1. Research-use-only products
All products sold by Comfi Home Labs (“we”, “us”) are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or dietary supplements, are not approved by the FDA, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any diagnostic or therapeutic use.
2. Buyer eligibility and certification
By placing an order you certify that you are an approved research or institutional buyer, that you are acquiring the products solely for lawful laboratory research, and that you will not resell or supply them for human or animal use. Access to the catalog requires account approval.
3. Handling and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the safe, lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of products in accordance with all applicable laws and institutional protocols. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
4. No warranty of fitness
Products are provided “as is” for research use. We make no warranty that any product is fit for any particular purpose beyond the specifications on its certificate of analysis.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any misuse of products contrary to these terms.
