Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, so please request cancellation promptly.
To cancel an order, email info@comfihomelabs.com with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled and is handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
