Last updated: 21 August 2026. These terms apply to every discount, promotion, credit, and account benefit offered by Comfi Home Labs. All products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption; no promotion changes that restriction.
Site-wide sale
The advertised percentage applies to the current regular price of eligible items — not to any earlier promotional price — and is applied automatically with no code. Items marked unavailable, plus shipping, handling, and tax, are excluded. Sales may change or end at any time; orders already placed are not re-priced.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free on USA orders. An optional 2-day upgrade is available at checkout for a flat fee. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Account points & referrals
Eligible orders may earn research-account points, and a referral can earn a welcome credit. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and accounts sharing a payment method or address are not eligible. Points and credits carry no cash value and are redeemed at checkout.
Volume & bulk pricing
Research quantities above $1,000 may qualify for volume pricing, quoted individually by email. Volume quotes are not combinable with the site-wide sale unless stated, and are subject to stock.
First-order reference copy
A first completed order includes a complimentary catalogue reference library, emailed after the order completes. It is a catalogue and specification reference only — it contains no dosing, administration, protocol, reconstitution, or usage guidance, and is not instructions for use. One per account, no cash value.
General conditions
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated, apply while supplies last, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Comfi Home Labs may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel orders that violate these terms.
